Elaboration

The winery is equipped with the technological resources necessary in order to ensure meticulous winemaking.

= Production of 500,000 bottles yearly

Modern bottling line. 1,800 Casks. 70%  American Oak and 30% French Oak.

 

The care and maintenance of the hundred-year-old vineyards is performed according to traditional practises. The human hand is the basic tool that cares for and selects each of the vines in order to obtain excellent wines.
 

No mineral fertilizers of any kind whatsoever are used in the plantations. Only organic matter is added to the soil, in the form of sheep manure.

 

THE ROSÉS

These wines are made with a blend of white and red grapes in a studied proportion, at low temperatures and by the traditional bleeding technique.

THE REDS

These wines are fermented at controlled temperatures, with lengthy periods in vats and many pumping-overs, in order to extract from the grapes all of the excellent characteristics resulting from the exquisite care given to the vineyards.
